Yes. No credit card required, no trial period, no surprise charges. The free plan has transaction and product limits, but those limits are yours to use indefinitely. You also get 3 profit calculations per month with up to 2 active rules — enough to understand your real profit and what you can safely take home. Upgrade when your business grows to need more.

A profit calculation is when you select a date range and run a full profit breakdown — gross profit, operating expenses, net profit, and distributable amount. On the free plan, you can run 3 per month and view your last 3 results. Upgrade to Trader for unlimited calculations, full history, and advanced allocation rules.

Annual billing charges you for 10 months upfront and gives you 12 months of access — effectively two months free. It's a single annual payment, billed in naira via Paystack. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal date.

All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack. If you're paying with a foreign-issued card, your card provider will apply the conversion at their current rate. Additional conversion fees from your bank may apply. We display USD equivalent prices for international visitors, but the actual charge is always in naira.

Yes. Extra seats are available on all paid plans — Trader, Operator, Maker, and Enterprise — at ₦2,000 per user per month. There's no hard cap on total users. The Operator plan includes 3 users and Enterprise includes 10, but you can add as many as your business needs.

Your data is always yours. If your plan changes, your existing records stay intact and visible — nothing is deleted. Features above your current plan are locked until you upgrade. Data export is available on Trader and above.

The Maker starts as a solo plan built around production — BOM, production orders, wastage tracking, raw material costing, and the full tax calculator. Add a seat and payroll and RBAC unlock automatically. Enterprise is for manufacturing businesses that have grown beyond that — multi-location operations, 10+ staff, and a dedicated accounting module with full audit trail. You're not upgrading because you ran out of features; you're upgrading because your operation has genuinely become a different scale of business.

Nuri is a separate product — not included in any Zaena base plan. It will be available as a standalone add-on when it launches.
