Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all subscription purchases made through Toledah Technologies Limited for its products, including Zaena and Afiyar. By subscribing to any Toledah product, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Subscription Model

All Toledah products are offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the subscriber prior to the renewal date.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period for which payment has already been made. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier where available, or be deactivated. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Toledah Technologies operates a limited refund policy. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

New subscriptions: If you are a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. This applies to your first billing period only.

Billing errors: If you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge upon verification.

Service unavailability: If a Toledah product experiences significant unplanned downtime — defined as more than 72 consecutive hours of complete service unavailability — affected subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated credit applied to their next billing period.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

You changed your mind after the 7-day new subscriber window has elapsed. You did not use the service during the billing period. Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. You purchased an annual plan and request a refund after the 7-day window, regardless of how many months remain. Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are offered at a discount relative to the monthly equivalent price. Due to this discount, annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day new subscriber window are non-refundable. Your access will continue until the end of the annual period. We encourage you to evaluate the product on a monthly plan before committing to an annual subscription.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@toledah.com with your registered email address, the product and plan you subscribed to, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing times.

7. Payment Processing

Payments for Toledah products are processed by third-party payment providers including Paystack and Paddle. Refunds are subject to the processing capabilities and timelines of these providers. Toledah Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or dispute a refund decision, please contact us at support@toledah.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution.

9. Changes to This Policy

Toledah Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of any Toledah product after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
