(D) Abuse of Resources — You may not overload system resources beyond normal usage or use the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts.

(E) Intellectual Property Violations — You may not copy, distribute, or modify Toledah software beyond what is permitted, or use our services to infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

(F) Misrepresentation — You may not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with Toledah or any other organisation.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify Toledah immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach. Sharing your account with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

Toledah reserves the right to monitor usage of its services to enforce this Policy. Suspected violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent termination, or legal action. Toledah may cooperate with authorities in investigating violations of law.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity that violates this Policy, report it to support@toledah.com.

5. Amendments

Toledah may update this Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
