Every finding is something you can act on this quarter. Where the data doesn't support a firm conclusion, the report says so instead of guessing.
Where this fits
Your books are the
raw material for the real product.
Bookkeeping, tax filing and accounting software already exist, and plenty of good tools handle them well, including our own. This review begins after that work is done, turning the numbers a business already has into a decision an owner can act on this quarter.
About the lead consultant
Evans Uchechukwu
Evans spent over six years working inside a local SME, helping grow it from a single storefront into four stores, three of them added for inventory.
The work was practical as much as analytical: pricing, inventory, purchasing, expenses, profitability, customer management, staffing, and the operational decisions that determine whether a small business actually grows. He helped the owner see that the business could support two more employees, then helped her make the hires.
His academic background complements that experience. Evans studied Industrial Mathematics at the University of Benin, mathematics applied to real world problems in industry and business, including Operations Research, Optimization, Statistics, and Mathematical Modelling. He graduated with a 4.46 out of 5.00 CGPA and Second Class Upper honours.
Today he brings both to the work: the mathematics to analyse a business, and the practical experience to understand what the numbers actually mean inside one.
The aim is to help owners see their business more clearly, and make decisions grounded in what the evidence actually supports.
