A customer fills in their name, phone number, quantity, and a short note, right on your listing. It lands in your Orders inbox, where you simply Accept or Decline it. No cart, no checkout maze, just a clear request waiting on your dashboard.

Every listing also has a WhatsApp button, pre filled with a message naming the exact product they're asking about. It opens a chat with you directly, using the WhatsApp number you set for your store.
