Solutions Partner

Bring us the problem.
We'll work out the solution.

Introduce a Business

Some business problems need more than another app.

A company may be losing hours to manual work. Its systems may not communicate with each other. Its reports may arrive too late to guide decisions. Or its existing processes may no longer support the way the business operates.

These problems rarely arrive neatly packaged as a request for software.

Toledah helps businesses solve them through custom business systems, software, automation, analytics, integrations and business optimisation.

We're looking for partners who can help us get into the right conversations with businesses that need this kind of help.

Your relationship opens the door.

You don't need to diagnose the technical problem, write a specification or decide what we should build.

You do need to establish that there's a genuine business issue and that the relevant person is interested in exploring a solution.

1

Recognise a real problem

You learn that a business is struggling with something material: inefficient operations, disconnected tools, unreliable reporting, manual processes or another challenge that affects how it performs.

2

Explore the need

Through your existing relationship, help us understand the problem at a high level. What is happening? Why does it matter? Is the business interested in doing something about it?

You don't need to conduct a formal assessment or recommend a technical solution.

3

Secure a warm introduction

Speak with the relevant decision maker or someone who can bring them into the conversation.

Explain why Toledah may be able to help and establish their willingness to meet or speak with us. Then introduce us directly, with the context we've agreed to explore.

A company name and a contact person's email are not a qualified referral on their own.

4

We assess and propose the solution

Toledah handles discovery, analysis, solution design, scope, pricing, proposals, contracting and delivery.

The answer might be custom software, a business system, automation, analytics, integration, optimisation or a combination of approaches.

You don't have to know which one it is before introducing us.

5

Earn when the opportunity becomes business

Earn up to 20% commission on qualifying project fees received and retained by Toledah, according to the Solutions Partner commission schedule.

What makes a Solutions Partner valuable?

You can get us into conversations we could not easily start ourselves.

You understand the business or its industry. You can recognise when something isn't working. And you can connect us with people who trust your judgement enough to consider a conversation.

You don't have to sell the solution or guarantee that the project will proceed. You do need to help create a genuine opportunity, rather than passing along a cold prospect.

What kind of businesses should you introduce

If any of these sound familiar, that's enough.

"My client is selling more but somehow making less money."

Introduce them.

"They're constantly running out of some products while others sit on the shelf."

Introduce them.

"They're considering buying another machine but don't know whether they'll actually use the capacity."

Introduce them.

"They're growing fast, but the business is getting harder to manage."

Introduce them.

"They're making big calls off instinct, not information."

Introduce them.

"They want an outside opinion before making a major decision."

Introduce them.

Businesses spending too much time on manual processes.

Introduce them.

Companies operating with disconnected systems or spreadsheets.

Introduce them.

Teams struggling to obtain reliable management reports.

Introduce them.

Businesses outgrowing their current software.

Introduce them.

Organisations considering automation, custom tools or operational improvements.

Introduce them.

Companies preparing to expand, open new locations or restructure how they work.

Introduce them.

The common thread isn't the industry. It's that something important isn't working as well as it should, and the business owner knows it.

If there's a real business problem and a person willing to explore it, the opportunity may be worth discussing.

You bring the relationship. We bring the expertise.

You help us enter the right conversation. We work with the business to understand the problem, determine what makes sense, and deliver the solution.

What do you earn

Earn up to 20%. When a business you introduce becomes a paying Toledah client for a custom solution, software or systems project, automation, analytics, optimization, or another engagement, you earn a referral fee on Toledah's professional fees. The rate is highest on the first part of an engagement and steps down on larger projects. The fee is paid after Toledah receives payment from the client.
