Replacing spreadsheets with a financial system built for the church
The problem

Imperium Ministries kept a well organized financial ledger, but it was entirely manual. Every bit of income and expense had to be entered once in the ledger and reconciled again in a separate monthly summary, and any gap between the recorded balance and the cash on hand had to be found and corrected by hand.

What we built

A desktop financial system that replaces the manual reconciliation entirely. Every entry updates account balances and monthly and yearly totals automatically, the moment it's recorded, so there is no second summary to keep in sync and no drift to track down. It includes an AI assistant that runs locally on the church's own computer, so financial data never has to reach an outside AI provider.

Imperium Ministries kept a well organized financial ledger, tracking income and expenses across linked spreadsheets with running pledge balances and a dedicated monthly summary. But it was entirely manual. Every entry had to be recorded once in the ledger and reconciled again in the summary tabs, and any gap between the recorded balance and the cash on hand had to be found and corrected by hand.

We built a desktop application that replaces that manual reconciliation. Staff record tithes, offerings, and expenses directly in the app, and every entry updates account balances and monthly and yearly totals automatically, the moment it's recorded. No second summary to keep in sync, no drift to track down.

At the center of the app is an AI assistant. Staff can describe a transaction in plain language, like logging a tithe from a member, and the assistant proposes the entry for approval before anything saves. That assistant runs entirely on the church's own computer. Because the model lives locally, financial data is never sent to an outside AI provider, and it can't be used to train anyone else's model.

The result is a system that keeps the same discipline as the original ledger, with the reconciliation work removed, giving leadership a report they can read at a glance instead of rebuilding one from scratch every month.
